1. Definitions

4. Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one (1) Account with spiv8. Creating multiple accounts (commonly known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances and winnings.

4. Account Registration

To participate in real-money gaming on spiv8, you must create a personal Account by completing our registration process. You agree to:

We reserve the right to refuse registration or to suspend or terminate any Account at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, provision of false information, violation of these Terms, or use of our Services for money laundering or other illegal purposes.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

spiv8 accepts deposits via all major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and popular e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). You agree that:

• All funds deposited must be your own legitimate funds, obtained legally, and not sourced from criminal activity, money laundering, or third parties.

• You may not reverse or cancel a deposit once it has been processed and credited to your Account.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may withdraw your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit, unless otherwise approved by spiv8 for security or technical reasons.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies (currently Rp 50,000 for bank transfers, Rp 25,000 for e-wallets).
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). First-time withdrawals may require submission of government-issued ID and proof of address. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time.
• Withdrawal processing times vary: e-wallets typically process within 10-60 minutes; bank transfers within 15 minutes to 3 hours. Actual receipt time depends on your financial institution.
• All funds must be wagered at least once (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawal to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations. This applies to both deposited funds and any bonuses received.
• If you have an active bonus, you must complete the associated wagering requirements before withdrawing, or forfeit the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• spiv8 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on large withdrawals (typically above Rp 10,000,000) or on accounts with unusual transaction patterns. Such checks may delay processing time by up to 72 hours.

5.3 Fees and Limits

spiv8 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply as specified in your Account settings and may vary based on your VIP tier and account verification status.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

spiv8 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback rewards, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are displayed on the promotion page and must be accepted before claiming. Key points include:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements), which specify how many times you must wager the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 500,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 15,000,000 in total wagers before withdrawal.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) may contribute 10-20%. Check the specific promotion terms for details.

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or other prohibited tools.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within requested timeframes.
• Suspected underage gambling or gambling on behalf of a minor.

If your Account is terminated for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited, and you will be prohibited from creating new accounts in the future. If termination occurs through no fault of yours (e.g., business closure, regulatory changes), any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of applicable fees and wagering requirement adjustments.

10. Intellectual Property

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Damages resulting from interrupted service, system downtime, technical malfunctions, or cyber attacks.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain password security.
• Errors in game outcomes, odds display, or bet settlement (except where we acknowledge fault and agree to rectify).

Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of spiv8 Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.

This limitation of liability does not apply to cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud on our part, or where prohibited by applicable law.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of spiv8 Services shall be resolved as follows:

13. General Provisions

13.3 Entire Agreement

13.4 Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
